Brant Broughton is situated off the A17, just 10 minutes from Newark and 20 minutes from Lincoln and Sleaford.
On entering the village from the A17, drive past the Fire Station and garden centre/farm shop on the left. Continue straight on and Rose Cottage is situated on the right hand side of the high street, next door to The Forge. If you get to the Generous Briton Pub you have gone too far!
